The Terminal-First Developer Workflow

Power up your infrastructure management with ispeed-ctl. A lightning-fast, Go-based CLI designed for precision and automation.

ispeedhost-terminal
$ ispeed-ctl gpu provision --body-file rental.json
Illustrative response:
{"status":"provisioning","name":"ai-trainer-01"}
Check status with: ispeed-ctl gpu show INSTANCE_ID
$ ispeed-ctl docs ask SERVICE_ID --body-file question.json
Questions require an indexed document or workspace.

Download ispeed-ctl v0.1.2

Choose your operating system and processor. Downloads are public; using services requires a console account and customer API key.

SHA-256 checksums

Verify the archive against the checksums, extract it, then run ./ispeed-ctl --help (Windows: ispeed-ctl.exe --help). Move the executable into a directory on your PATH.

The macOS release is currently unsigned and has not been notarized. macOS may block first launch; review and approve it in System Settings → Privacy & Security after verifying the checksum. A signed macOS release is pending.

Create an API key in the console, then use ispeed-ctl auth login --token-stdin. Never put API keys in command arguments.

Managed audio and image requests

Version 0.1.2 adds audio uploads and private image downloads. Check ispeed-ctl models list for availability before submitting; unavailable models cannot accept paid requests.

ispeed-ctl requests transcribe --file speech.flac --model whisper-tiny-en --idempotency-key YOUR_UNIQUE_KEY
ispeed-ctl requests show REQUEST_ID
ispeed-ctl requests submit --body-file image-request.json --idempotency-key YOUR_UNIQUE_KEY
ispeed-ctl requests download REQUEST_ID --file generated.png

Image request example: {"model_id":"sd15-512","input":"A blue ceramic bowl","width":512,"height":512,"steps":30,"images":1}. Outputs are private and expire after 24 hours. Use the same idempotency key when recovering an interrupted submission.

Built for Speed and Automation

Eliminate context-switching and integrate directly into your CI/CD pipelines.

Terminal-First Efficiency

Eliminate the need to context-switch between the IDE and a web console. Manage resources using familiar CLI patterns.

Automated Infrastructure

Perfect for scripting and automation. Use ispeed-ctl in CI/CD pipelines to dynamically provision GPU instances for training or testing.

Rapid Resource Management

Spin up GPU instances, manage SSH keys, and organize projects with single commands.

Core Commands

  • gpu provision --body-file rental.json Request a GPU rental and track provisioning.
  • docs upload SERVICE_ID --file document.pdf Upload a document for AI processing.
  • docs ask SERVICE_ID --body-file question.json Query AI services directly from your shell.
  • ssh_keys create --body-file key.json Manage access keys programmatically.
  • projects create --body-file project.json Organize infrastructure by environment.
Commands return JSON for scripts and automation; failed requests return a nonzero exit status.
